We made it to 29 weeks

The thought of making it to 29 weeks has been a source of major anxiety from the beginning of this pregnancy, although the problems during my pregnancy with Charlie Rogan occurred much earlier than this. My 28th week began with a urinary tract infection that caused a few contractions. It almost mirrored my 28th week with CR, but it did not cause my water to break this time. I will be on an antibiotic the remainder of the pregnancy with the hope of preventing any future infections. Dr. Meek will probably go ahead and give me the steroid shots in the next few weeks. This will help speed up lung development just in case there are any problems before we make it to 34 weeks. We are still trucking along, and I am hopeful and optimistic about the next few weeks.
